The Allconsuming Guide to Everything: 2

The Allconsuming Guide to Everything
A series in many parts

2. Keeping your kids clean
The best way to do this is to simply stop demanding they go and get in the bath or shower. The next step is to tell them it’s bedtime an hour earlier than you normally do and just sit back and see those babies volunteer for bathing in any form faster than they can scoff down a packet of chips. Of course this only works until a particular age at which they think water burns but hell, I’m all about making hay while the sun shines.

    Hilarious post.

Can I just say if you have teenage girls there is no chance you're personally going to be able to use your shower for say 8 years between ages 14- 22.

My nephew once went 17 days without a shower…disgusting. It was some kind of competition I think. Eventually I threatened to use a wire scrubber on him if he didnt meet some soap and water.
